How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking twelve to eighteen months in advance, especially for peak season dates. Portrait sessions can typically be scheduled with two to four weeks notice, though earlier booking ensures your preferred date and time.
What is required to secure my date?
A signed contract and retainer deposit reserve your date. The retainer is applied to your final balance and ensures your date is exclusively yours. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely. We love destination work and have photographed weddings throughout the United States and internationally. Travel fees vary based on location and are discussed during your consultation.
How long does a typical session last?
Engagement sessions typically run one to two hours. Portrait sessions range from thirty minutes to two hours depending on the type. Wedding coverage varies from six to twelve hours based on your package.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Rain creates beautiful, romantic photographs. We've developed techniques for creating stunning images in any weather. If outdoor portraits aren't possible, we'll find beautiful indoor alternatives at your venue.
When will I receive my photographs?
Engagement and portrait sessions are delivered within two to three weeks. Wedding collections take six to eight weeks due to the volume of images and detailed editing involved.
How many images will I receive?
The number varies by session type and duration. Weddings typically yield 50-80 images per hour of coverage. Portrait sessions deliver 25-50 final images depending on the package.
Do you provide raw, unedited files?
We deliver professionally edited images only. Raw files are our working files, comparable to a chef's uncooked ingredients. Our editing is essential to achieving our signature look.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Payment plans are available for wedding packages to help manage your budget.
